150 YEAR OLD NOODLE RECIPE 
2 eggs
Shake of salt
Water
3 c. flour

Put 3 cups flour into a large bowl. Depress center. Break eggs into center of flour. Add 2 egg shells full of water. Stir round and round until stiff dough is formed. Knead until stiffer then pie dough.

On heavily floured board divide dough into 3 pieces. Roll very thin, allow to dry partially, putting flour on both sides; fold and cut with sharp knife into thin noodle strips. Shake them loose. Place in well flavored chicken or beef broth. Simmer at least 20 minutes.
