DINNER IN A PUMPKIN 
STUFFING:

1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. onions
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms

Saute celery and onions in butter and add to browned hamburger. Add remaining ingredients.

PUMPKIN: Remove top and seeds of small pumpkin. Stuff with meat mixture, replace top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours until pumpkin meat is tender. Serve in shell (scoop out flesh).
