CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
Italian bread crumbs
Garlic salt
Pepper
4 to 6 tbsp. Crisco oil

Pound out chicken quite well, sprinkle with garlic salt, put 1 slice of ham and cheese per chicken breast. Mix in bowl eggs and milk and set aside. Put Italian bread crumbs in a bowl also and set aside.

Roll each chicken breast up and use toothpicks to hold. Dip each breast in egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Have large skillet hot with Crisco and fry chicken until golden brown (about 40 minutes). Enjoy!
