GRAPE LEAF ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rice
Salt
Dash cinnamon
Allspice
Pepper
Cold water, enough to make the mixture stick together

Mix all above ingredients together. 1/2 tsp. sugar Dried mint 2 1/2 c. tomatoes, optional Grape leaves, fresh

Place 1 tablespoon of ground beef mixture in each grape leaf (leaves can be bought in jars at ethnic food stores or markets). Fold in sides of leaf and roll. Pack carefully in heavy pot. Let steam a few minutes; then add water to cover. Place plate on top of rolls to keep down when cooking. Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add a mixture of lemon juice, sugar and some dried mint (should taste a little sweet and sour). Let cook a few minutes. Leaves should be down or can use 2 1/2 cups tomatoes.
