ORANGE TAPIOCA JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla tapioca
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 med. container frozen whipped topping

Pour gelatin, pudding, and tapioca in saucepan. (Do not follow directions on package.) Drain and save the juice from pineapples and oranges. Add enough water to juices to make 3 cups. Pour liquid into pan with puddings and gelatin and cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Cool completely. Add thawed whipped topping and fruits. Pour into serving bowl. Chill 2 hours before serving.
