EASY JELLO SALAD | |
1 pkg. Cook 'n Serve vanilla pudding 1 pkg. Cook 'n Serve tapioca pudding 1 pkg. Jello (orange, strawberry, blueberry, etc.) 3 cups water 2 cups fruit (corresponding with the Jello) 1 tub Cool Whip Combine vanilla pudding, tapioca pudding, Jello, and water in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave on high for 3 more minutes. Stir well. Should be starting to thicken up. If not, then microwave for 1 to 2 more minutes. Stir well, then let cool completely. When cooled, add fruit and Cool Whip. Mix very well. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Best when served very cold. Submitted by: Michelle Mellon |
