MOMMA'S JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box green jello
1 (3 oz.) box red jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mini marshmallows

Grease inside of round Tupperware style Jello mold with small amount of mayonnaise. Mix red Jello up according to directions on box using 1 1/2 cups of water instead of 2 cups. Pour into Jello mold. Refrigerate and let set until firm.

Mix in large bowl the green Jello again using 1 1/2 cups water. Add whipping cream, mayonnaise and pineapple. Mix well. Add cream cheese in 1/2 teaspoon bits. This will remain chunky. Add pecans and marshmallows. Mix gently. Remove Jello mold from refrigerator with red Jello already set and pour this new mixture on top. Let this set until firm.

Once Jello is firm, flip Jello mold over onto large serving platter. Slice wedges and serve.
