ORANGE JELLO AND TAPIOCA FRUIT
SALAD
 
1 pkg. orange Jello (regular)
2 pkg. tapioca pudding mix
Lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
Med. carton Cool Whip

Add 3 cups boiling water to Jello and pudding, stir and refrigerate overnight, stir occasionally. Add Cool Whip and mix with a mixer on low speed (or mix with a spoon). Stir in fruit.
