BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC 
Florets of 1 or 2 heads of broccoli
2 or 3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Put the florets in a pot of boiling water and bring to a boil; cook for around 6 minutes, remove, and drain. Saute the garlic in the olive oil for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the florets and cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Serve hot.
