RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. rhubarb
2 c. white sugar
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Mix rhubarb, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour with rhubarb. Put in greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix in flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Spread over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
