RHUBARB CRUNCH PUDDING 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Mix first three ingredients together and put in greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over first 3 items. Cook until brown about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
