RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE | |
1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sour canned milk (sour with 1 tbsp. vinegar) 2 c. rhubarb, cut up fine Make dough stiff as rhubarb is quite juicy. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. |
