RHUBARB PUDDING | |
2 c. diced rhubarb 12 marshmallows, halved 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Place rhubarb in greased pan. Cover with marshmallows, then brown sugar. Blend next 6 ingredients as for cake. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (Can increase rhubarb to 4 cups, 24 marshmallows and 1 cup brown sugar. Cake mixture, the same amounts.) |
