RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. rhubarb

Pour rhubarb over the mixture with 1 cup sugar. Pour 1 cup boiling water and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
