RHUBARB CRUNCH 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
4 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello

Mix crust ingredients. Use 8x8 pan. Use 1/2 crust ingredients for crust. Mix filling and pour it over the crust. Sprinkle the other 1/2 of the crust ingredients over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
