“CREAM CHEESE WONTONS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CROCK POT APPLE BUTTER

CREAM CHEESE WONTONS 
6 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup real or imitation crab meat
1 pkg. small Wonton wrappers

Blend together ingredients. Drop 1 teaspoonful onto each of the wrappers. Fold in corners and seal with egg white.

Fry in 365°F oil until crispy and brown.

Serve with Sweet and Sour sauce or Duck sauce.

Makes approximately 2 dozen Wontons.
