BAKED CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY 
18 chicken wings, can use legs also
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil, can use corn or peanut oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. honey
1/2 clove garlic, peeled & chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut off and discard the wing tips. Cut the remaining wings into two parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey and garlic and stir to blend. Arrange the chicken wing pieces in a greased baking dish and pour the honey mixture on top. Bake about 50 to 55 minutes or until the chicken is well done and the sauce is caramelized. If the chicken starts to burn, reduce heat and cover with foil.
