SIRLOIN TIPS CREOLE 
3 lbs. sirloin tips
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. chili powder

In skillet, brown sirloin tips in butter. Remove meat and set aside.

Add onion, celery, peppers and garlic to skillet and saute 5 minutes.

Return sirloin tips to skillet along with remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Suggest serving hot over white rice. Serves 4-6.
