SIRLOIN TIPS AND NOODLES | |
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. oil 2 lb. sirloin, cubed 3/4 c. broth (beef) 3/4 c. red wine 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1/2 onion (chopped) 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup Salt and pepper Noodles Saute mushrooms in butter, put in 3 quart casserole. Brown meat in oil. P our over mushrooms. Combine 1/2 of broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions. Blend cornstarch with the rest of broth. Stir in wine and spoon over meat. Cover and bake 275 for 1 hour. Serve over noodles that have been cooked. |
