BLUEBERRY-LEMON JAM 
1 qt. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2/3 c. lemon juice
7 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Put blueberries into a kettle and crush thoroughly. Add the lemon peel and juice, sugar, salt, and cloves and blend thoroughly.

Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; bring to boiling; boil 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the pectin; skim off any foam. Ladle jam into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 8 (1/2 pint) jars jam.
