BLUEBERRY JAM 
1 1/2 qts. blueberries, crushed; there should be 4 1/2 c.
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
7 c. sugar
1 bottle (6 oz.) liquid pectin

Wash and crush blueberries to make 4 1/2 cups. Put into pot. Add the lemon juice and the 7 cups of sugar, mix well. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat; boil hard for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the bottle of liquid pectin. Skim off foam. Continue stirring and skimming for 5 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes nine 1/2 pint jars.
