SNAPPY CHICKEN WINGS 
20 chicken wings
Salt and pepper
6 tbsp. molasses
4 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Wash wings with salt and pepper. Arrange in shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Brush with sauce every 15 minute intervals. Serve with rice and sauce. 6 servings.
