SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
10-12 chicken wings
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cornstarch

SAUCE:

1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt & seasoning salt

Boil 2 minutes.

Cut off tips of wings and boil, save broth. Split chicken wings. Roll in beaten egg and dust with cornstarch and brown. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Pour over sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
