SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
Approximately 3 lbs. chicken wings
Garlic salt
4 to 6 eggs, beaten
Flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. seasonable salt
3/4 c. orange juice

Preset oven to 350 degrees.

Chicken wings - de-tip and cut at joint. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in lightly beaten eggs and flour. Fry wings until done. Place in large baking dish.

Sauce - Mix all together and pour over cooked chicken wings. Cover with tin foil and place in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
