CHICKEN WINGS 
2-3 lbs. chicken wings
Garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce (if you like them spicy use Lea & Perrins)

Cut tips off wings. Spray large skillet with Pam and heat. Brown chicken wings and drain off fat. Sprinkle sugar over chicken and turn to mix. Pour vinegar over chicken and mix; then pour entire bottle of Worcestershire sauce and mix. Put heat on simmer and cook 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
