2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs (2 slices)
1/2 c. Quaker oats
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt
Pepper
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs (or oats), salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Pat mixture into 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan; bake for 1 1/4 hours. Spoon off excess fat.

Combine catsup, sugar and mustard; spread over meat. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes.
