2 rabbits, cleaned and cut up
Lemon, salt, pepper
Flour
Hot oil for frying

Rub meat lightly with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, place in hot oil. Brown thoroughly. Turn other side and brown. Cook until done, about like frying chicken.
