2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 junior baby food prunes or plums (or 2 sm. jars)

Mix sugar and oil. Beat eggs in separately. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
