PRUNELLA CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. cooked, chopped prunes
1 tsp. each cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
Prune juice

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture alternately with milk. Add chopped prunes, pour into 2 greased and floured round cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Mix powdered sugar with enough prune juice for a smooth spreading consistency. Frost layers and sides.
