2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 jar (jr. size) plum baby food, apricot or prune
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. nuts, optional

Using a spoon and not a mixer add all together and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 325-350, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with Christmas fruits of pineapple and cherries. Can mix up to 4 batches at one time. Great as Christmas gifts. Can bake in loaf pans also.
