CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1 boil-in-the-bag rice
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 box Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. water

Boil the chicken and rice in different pans until done. In a bowl mix 8 ounces of sour cream, soup, corn, green beans, water and rice. When chicken is done, pull chicken into strips and place in a casserole dish. Pour the mixture that is in the bowl over chicken and place in oven on 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Then crumble the Ritz crackers over the dish and pour melted butter over the crackers. Cook on 350 degrees for another 15 minutes.
