ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
3 med. zucchini, diced sm. 2 carrots, sliced thin 1 onion, diced 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top dressing (chicken) 1 stick butter, melted Put unpeeled, diced zucchini and sliced carrots in salted water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and drain. Mix onion, sour cream and soup. Mix dressing with melted butter, reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Mix zucchini mixture, sour cream mixture and dressing. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with reserved dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
