EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Beat eggs until frothy. Add milk, salt and flour. Mix with fork until dough comes together. Knead on a floured board until dough loses stickiness and is smooth. Cover 30 minutes. Divide into 2 rolls and roll each thin as possible. Dry 15 minutes. Cut into strips.
