EGG & BACON CASSEROLE 
8 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder
3 eggs, hard boiled
4 oz. cooked egg noodles
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry bacon pieces until crisp; drain on paper toweling. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; blend flour until smooth. Add 1/2 cup cold milk, mixing well; add 1/2 cup hot milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Cook, stirring, over low heat until slightly thickened. Slice eggs.

Arrange layers of eggs, noodles, cheese and white sauce in bottom of casserole, ending with bacon on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
