CHEESE & BACON BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 green onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 or 3 oz. can crumbled cooked bacon

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease 10 1/2" round au gratin pan or 9"x9" pan. In medium bowl with wire whisk or hand beater, beat eggs, milk, green onion, butter, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over top.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

Makes 4 main dish servings.
