EGG AND BACON BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
12 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 lb. bacon, diced, fried and drained
3 c. crushed potato chips

DO NOT ADD SALT TO THIS RECIPE.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
8 oz. grated American cheese
