EGG NOODLES 
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil

Mix well. Let ripen in covered dish at least 1 hour. Roll 1/2 dough, flour, jelly roll, cut and toss with flour. Repeat with other 1/2 dough. Cook in boiling stock 10 minutes. Delicious with boiled short ribs or chicken.
