BEEF SCRAMBLE | |
8 oz. macaroni 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. onion, chopped 8 oz. tomato cheese sauce or 1 can tomato paste 2 oz. cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Cook macaroni. Shape beef into a large patty and brown 5 minutes on each side, then break into chunks, push to sides. Add onions, saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve. 4 servings. |
