BROILED BEEF SANDWICH | |
1 lb. hamburger or ground round 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 6 or 8 slices bread Thin onion slices Mix the meat, milk and salt. Toast bread on one side under a broiler. Spread meat mixture on the untoasted sides, right to the edge. Top with an onion slice. Broil for about 5 minutes until meat loses its red color. Serve immediately. |
