4 to 5 slices bacon
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 sm. egg, beaten or 1/2 lg. egg
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Lay out bacon on waxed paper side by side. Combine remaining ingredients. Press and roll into a log. Place on bacon slices. Draw bacon slices around the meat. Cover meat roll with the waxed paper; chill an hour or 2. Slice in 1 inch slices; broil in oven 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serves 4 to 5.
