HAMBURGER SAUSAGE ROLLS 
5 lbs. lean hamburger or venison
5 level tsp. Morton's tender quick
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed, if you like it
2 1/2 tsp. pepper or less
1 tbsp. hickory smoke salt
2 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

This makes strong garlic flavor; can use less.

Mix together well; use hands. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Second day, mix and make rolls. Place on cookie sheet; cook at 200 degrees for 6 hours. Turn every 2 hours. Place on bottom rack.
