APPLE STUFFED SAUSAGE ROLL 
2 c. finely chopped apples
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. wheat germ
2 lb. bulk sausage

Combine apples, onion, bread crumbs and wheat germ. Mix well. Pat sausage into oblong piece about 1/2 inch thick. Spread with apple stuffing. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Yield: 8 to 10.
