SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 onion, diced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 tsp. salt

Fix dough according to box directions. Let rise 45 minutes; roll out 1/4 inch thick into a round or slightly oval piece. Cook sausage and onion; but do not brown. Drain excess fat. Add all other ingredients. Stir until cheese has melted; let cool. Spread evenly, not to edges. Roll up dough and pinch ends together.

Shape into large crescent and place on greased baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until brown. Butter top after removing from oven. Store extra in refrigerator. Reheat in aluminum foil. Can be served for brunch with fresh fruit and salad.
