SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL 
1 lb. ground sausage
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped peppers (green or hot)
1 med. onion
1 loaf of frozen bread dough (cut in half)

Brown sausage in a large pan with the peppers, onion and a clove of pressed garlic. When the sausage is done, drain and add the egg and the Parmesan cheese. Mix in the Cheddar cheese and set aside.

Roll the bread dough out until it is approximately 9 x 15 inch. Spread the sausage mixture in the middle of the dough and roll it up. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Can be frozen after baking. Makes 2 loaves.
