SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 loaves Rhodes frozen white bread dough, thawed
1 lb. pork sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
Dash of salt and pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Fry sausage; drain. Add green peppers, onion, salt and pepper. Cool. Add egg and Parmesan cheese. Mix. Roll 1 bread dough loaf out into a 10x8 inch rectangle. Put half of sausage filling down middle. Roll up seam and ends. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Repeat with other loaf and rest of filling. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Will freeze well; reheat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
