PAN BROILED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion, minced
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
Parsley

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt in 10" skillet. Use no fat. Mix other ingredients and shape into 1/2" thick patties. Lay patties in skillet and brown very quickly (high heat). Turn patties and brown other side. Reduce heat and cook very slowly 2 to 3 minutes to desired doneness. Remove patties to hot platter. Add 1/4 cup water to skillet; increase heat and cook until water boils. Simmer to a rich pan gravy. Pour over patties.
