PECAN PIE 
Transfer a Pet-Ritz shell to glass pie plate. Prick the shell and cook for 6 1/2 minutes at 70% power in the microwave. Fill holes in cooked pie shell with beaten egg yolks. Cook 30 seconds on high.

FILLING:

3 eggs, divided
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. broken pecans
1 c. dark or light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

In mixing bowl combine egg whites with leftover beaten egg yolks. Add all remaining ingredients, except pecans. Blend well. Microwave 4 minutes on high. Stir after 2 minutes and add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Cook 13 minutes at 50% power or until filling is almost set. Store pie covered with foil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
