CHEESECAKE CHERRY PIE 
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar. Beat at high speed until well blended. Pour filling into crust. Spoon on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until topping is set. Chill before serving. May also be baked in microwave until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
