TOMATO FETA CHEESE SALAD 
6 large tomatoes
feta cheese (3/4 to 1 cup crumb type)
basil
salt
pepper
Italian dressing
1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)

In a 13x9-inch pan, spread evenly along bottom 1 layer feta, then sliced tomatoes. Spritz Italian dressing over all. Repeat until all tomatoes are used up.

On top layer: season to taste with salt, pepper, basil and chopped onion. Add another spritz of the dressing, or just some olive oil.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!!
