ITALIAN TOMATO - CHEESE SALAD 
12 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 pitted black olives, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. iceberg, romaine or loose-leafed lettuce leaves

In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce; toss lightly to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
